Sens beat Bruins second time in a week Jason Spezza made a triumphant return to the Senators lineup Saturday afternoon at TD Bank Garden.

After missing 20 games with a knee injury that was supposed to keep him out until after the Olympics, the club?s top centre returned and scored the winner in a hard-fought 2-1 victory over the Bruins to extend Ottawa?s winning streak to six games.

While goalie Brian Elliott continued to be solid with a 32-save performance, goals by Spezza and captain Daniel Alfredsson turned out to be the difference as the Senators rolled to their longest winning streak since Dec. 5-18, 2007 under coach John Paddock.
