Favorite restaurants on the road?
Tao in New York City
Favorite rink on the road?
Favorite place to fish or hunt?
Favorite place to fish is Alaska and favorite place to hunt is here in Ottawa, ON
Favorite pre-game meal?
I usually eat spaghetti, salmon, rice and vegetables
Ice cream with chocolate sauce and brownies

What is the biggest fish you ever caught?
100 pound Marlin
What's your greatest catch hunting?
A grizzly bear
What's your favorite hockey memory as a child?
Playing in the Household Cup in Sudbury, ON.
What's your favorite hockey memory as a pro?
Playing in the Stanley Cup Finals in 2007.
What kind of music do you listen to?
I listen to a bit of everything, country, Christian, alternative.
How do you like to relax?
Watching golf on a Sunday afternoon is good.
If you weren't a professional hockey player what would you be doing?
I would probably be a business manager.
Best advice you received as a young hockey player?
Don't try to put too much pressure on yourself.
What advice do you give today's young players?
Have fun and don't try to put too much pressure on yourself.
Do you train as hard now as you did when you first came into the league?
Probably harder because I'm getting older and the body doesn't recover as quickly or as well when I was younger.
How much time off do you take in the summer?
I usually take two to four weeks, a month tops.
