Predators sit first overall in NHL

Nashville Predators defenseman Shea Weber scored two goals, including in overtime, to give the Predators a 3-2 win against the Dallas Stars at Bridgestone Arena on Thursday.

The Predators (27-9-4) moved into first place overall in the NHL with 58 points and are 16-2-1 at home.

"It's still a long season, but it definitely means you've done some good things this year," Predators defenseman Roman Josi said. "I think we've been playing really consistent. We've got to find a way to keep it going like that in the second half."
