Mike Fisher was once considered an untouchable with the Ottawa Senators.
Fisher was drafted by the Senators and quickly embraced by its fan base to become one of its all-time favourite players for his gritty style of play and endless community support.
Fisher was the player coaches and teammates loved and many expected to see Fisher play his entire career in Ottawa, but all that changed with one phone call and news that Bryan Murray had traded Fisher to the Nashville Predators.
